Coaching, Repair, Bikefit

Having a plan, a well tuned bike and a good bike fit are the fastest and most efficient way to make gains in your cycling performance.  Our fittings can improve your output quickly and optimize all your training with coaching on the correct pedaling technique. Our head mechanic Ryan can handle any repair or upgrade so you can get the most out of your machine.

Bike Fitting:

Cycle U coaches have professionally fitted road, track, triathlon, cyclocross, and mountain bike riders since 1994. We have been trained in Specialized Body Geometry Fit at the highest level, the leading performance and medical fitting methodology. Dr. Andy Pruitt, who founded the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine and fits many of the top pro riders in the world, has personally trained us so that we can offer you the best fit possible.

Each fit is done by head Cycle U Coach Craig Undem, who will not only fit you for your goals, intensity and distances, but will offer tips and advice to make you faster and more comfortable.

  • Performance Bike Fitting $175 (1 – 1.5 hours)
  • Body Geometry Fitting $300 (1.5 – 3 hours)

*All fitting include free follow ups for 1 year

Repair:

Cycle University has one of the best little bike shops in Seattle.  We don’t sell bikes, we just fix them and head mechanic Ryan has been not only tuning up local bikes, but also restoring vintage bicycles since working at Davidson’s Elliot Bay bicycles for 8 years prior to joining Cycle U.  Stop in and discuss your next upgrade or repair with Ryan and you will feel like you are in “Seattle’s Ferrari shop for bikes”.
