Essentials:

  6. Directions to race
  7. Race numbers
  8. Timing chip and band
  9. Water bottles
  10. Tools and tubes to change a flat
  11. Advil

Swim:

  1. Bodyglide
  2. Wetsuit
  3. Goggles
  4. Goggle defogger
  5. Swim cap
  6. Swim cords
  7. Ear plugs

Bike:

  1. Sunglasses
  2. Saddlebag
  3. Electrical tape
  4. Co2 cartridges and accessories

Run:

  1. Running hat or visor
  2. Race belt
  3. Socks
  4. Fuel belt

Transition:

  1. Warm up clothes
  2. Sunscreen
  3. Transition towel
  4. Race food
  5. Drink
  6. Salt/electrolyte tabs
